Change the email address on your Flo by Moen account:
- Using a web browser, go to user.meetflo.com and sign in to your account.
- Go to Settings (located at the upper right corner) and select User Profile:
- Select the Change Email tab:
- Enter your new Email twice:
- A first email will be sent to your old email address.
Check your inbox and verify your old email address by clicking on the button (Depending on your Email provider, the email may be in your SPAM/JUNK folder): - You will be redirected to the user portal:
- A second confirmation email will be sent to your new Email address:

- Log out:
- Done! You can now sign in with your new email address.
