Before you can start protecting your home and saving water, we need to get your Flo by Moen device installed on your main water supply line. If you have your own plumber / installer that you would like to work with, the next step is to contact them to schedule an appointment.
If you've installed your Flo by Moen device and still see the "Needs Install" message please restart your Flo by Moen device by choosing "Restart Device" found in the Device Settings on the Flo by Moen app.
** If you purchased your device through American Water Resources (AWR), you will be contacted within 2-3 days of pairing your device in order to schedule your installation. If you do not hear from AWR, please call 1-866-641-2177 or visit AWRUSA.com/flo.
